An early adopter of eCommerce digital marketing, Kinga Dow founded her first agency in 2001. By 2017, she found her niche in Klaviyo — back when it was still an emerging platform. Eight years later, she's one of the most experienced Klaviyo retention strategists in the industry.
In 2025, Kinga made the next leap — integrating Claude AI and autonomous workflows into every part of her retention marketing practice. From building AI agent systems that audit 50+ flows in under an hour to developing automated campaign finders, she became the first to bring MCP-connected AI systems to eCommerce marketing.
